Canadian legislation addressing copyright are set out partly V in the Canadian Criminal Code, addressing Sexual Offences, Community Morals and Disorderly Conduct: Offences Tending to Corrupt Morals. Part 163.one of the Code, enacted in 1993, defines copyright to include "a visible representation, whether it was made by Digital or mechanical usually
